🍌Ahavat Ava’s Banana Bread
It’s soft, naturally sweet, and made with simple ingredients that feel as good as they taste — gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar–free ✨
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 4 large eggs
- 2½ ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2½ cups almond flour
- Chocolate chips (measure with your heart 🤎)
Instructions
- 1
Preheat your oven — 350°F and line a loaf pan.
- 2
Mix the wet ingredients — Whisk together the coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla until smooth and silky.
- 3
Add the dry — Fold in almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- 4
Chocolate, always — Fold in your chocolate chips — don’t overthink it.
- 5
Bake — Pour into your pan and bake for 45–55 minutes, until golden and set.
- 6
Let it rest — Let it cool before slicing… if you can wait.
