The Three Pillars
Cook for Him

Pillar Three · How you love him

Cook for Him

This is one of the greatest ways I show my love for my husband.

Some people see cooking as another chore.

I don't.

I see it as one of the greatest privileges of being a wife.

For me, building a beautiful marriage starts with embracing the role I've chosen with my whole heart.

My husband goes out into the world every day and works hard to provide for our family.

I build the home he gets to come back to.

He's the CEO of his business.

I'm the CEO of this home.

And my kitchen?

That's where I shine.

Cooking is one of the sweetest ways I get to say, I love you.

There is something so special about knowing the person you love is walking through the front door to a warm meal, a beautifully set table, a peaceful home, and a wife who's genuinely excited to see him.

In a world that often tells women to compete with men, keep score, and chase power…

I'll happily set the table.

Call me old-fashioned.

Call me traditional.

Call me whatever you'd like.

I've discovered there's incredible freedom in letting my husband lead while I pour my heart into creating a home filled with warmth, peace, and love.

He provides for our life outside these walls.

I pour myself into the life inside them.

And I couldn't think of a role I'd rather have.

For me, cooking has never been about perfection.

It's about creating comfort.

It's about making memories.

It's about turning an ordinary Tuesday night into something that feels like home.

Every recipe you'll find here is made the exact same way—

with love first. 🤍

So, ladies…

Cook for him.

Love him.

Appreciate him.

Never underestimate what a home-cooked meal can say.

It says,

“I was thinking about you today.”

“Thank you for working so hard for us.”

“I'm proud of you.”

“Welcome home.”

To me, food has always been one of the purest love languages.

A warm meal after a long day tells your husband,

“I see you.”

“I appreciate you.”

“I cherish everything you do for our family.”

People love to laugh when they hear, “The way to a man's heart is through his stomach.”

I think there's more truth to it than most people want to admit.

So set the table.

Light the candles.

Turn on your favorite music.

Cook with joy.

Years from now, he probably won't remember every single dinner you made.

But he'll remember how you made him feel every time he walked through that front door.

And if I can make the man I love feel like the most cared-for man in the world with a homemade meal…

That's exactly what I'm going to do. 🤍

Keep going
